Bienvenue

Founded by Louis Vattan in the nineteenth century, the property, originally spanning a few hectares planted with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, expanded under the influence of Paul, the grandson, who joined the estate when he was only 14 years old. Deeply committed to his vines, he worked tirelessly to expand the estate to its current size (12.5ha), practicing a form of viticulture rooted in knowledge and respect for the Terres Blanches terroir (100% clay-limestone). Passionate and devoted, Paul excelled in his role as a winemaker. He implemented a meticulous work method akin to gardening (careful selection of vine plants, pruning, mindful of sap flows, and maintenance of the vines), which still prevails to this day.
